Wilcox Mini Cutting Torch System

The Wilcox line of Mini Cutting Torch Systems utilizes oxygen as a fuel source to perform utility cutting. These torch systems provides an expedient alternative when other methods of breaching are inappropriate for technical or tactical reasons. This system features a distinct advantage over competitor products in that they are very light weight, low profile, and scalable to meet a variety of mission requirements. It also easily integrates with the Wilcox Portable Oxygen Supply System (sold seperately) for easy on-site cascade charging to accommodate larger jobs.

MINI CUTTING TORCH SYSTEMS:
1) A Flow Valve Adjuster located within the tip of the Cylinder Valve allows the O2 flow to be adjusted.
2) A Cylinder Valve allows the breacher to secure the cylinder when not in use
3) Pressure Gauge displays remaining cylinder pressure in 1,000 PSI increments.
4) Quick Disconnect attachments on the cylinder and Torch Handle allow the hose to be quickly disassembled.
5) Pressure Relief Valve releases O2 in the event that the Second Stage Regulator becomes overpressurized.
6) CGA Charging Port is quickly accessible for O2 charging. A threaded cap secures the port when not in use.
7) Light weight Composite Cylinder stores up to 3,000 PSI of Oxygen.
8) A Carry Pouch provides a secure waist attachment and removable carry strap. A locking pull string at the top secures the cylinder in place within the pouch.
9) Torch Handle features locking trigger assembly that prevents accidental ignition when dropped, and accommodates rod sizes of 1/4” and 3/8”
10) A light-weight Velcro carry pouch pocket allows the breacher to stow the torch handle when not in use.
11) Burst Valve ruptures to release O2 from the cylinder in the event that the the cylinder becomes overpressurized.
12) Quick Disconnect attachments on the cylinder and Torch Handle allow the hose to be quickly disassembled.
